During the prestigious Rolling Pin in Düsseldorf, our client Albers Food brought an extraordinary culinary experience to Germany with its Excellence24. This event, known for bringing together top chefs and gourmets in a unique setting, was a true highlight for those present. On stage at Albers Excellence24, the spectacular presentation of Peter's Farm was one of the most impressive moments. Chef Cees Goettsch, an expert in boning and former butcher, and the renowned German chef, author, creator & inspirator Heiko Antoniewicz joined forces, under the inspiring leadership of Frank Albers, to give a masterful demonstration of boning a Peter's Farm Veal pistola. This complex technique requires not only craftsmanship, but also unprecedented precision, something that Chef Goettsch effortlessly demonstrated to the enthusiastic audience.
Chef Heiko Antoniewicz continued by sharing his expertise in veal and treating the hundreds of visitors to a refined dish made from Peter’s Farm Veal Shank. The demonstration was a true feast for the senses and underlined the exceptional quality of Peter’s Farm products. Rolling Pin Convention, with over 60 speakers, an exhibition floor of around 6,000 m², 7,000 chefs present, is the largest event in Germany for bartenders, sommeliers, restaurateurs and other decision-makers from the hospitality industry. It offers two days of networking and inspiration, and once again confirmed its status as the number one event of its kind.
